Features and advantages

M50A series resolution (optional): 20bit, 22bit, 24bit Temperature sensor: standard configuration. Encoder position data and temperature data can be acquired simultaneously. High temperature response: The upper limit of the operating temperature can reach 95°C *Except for EDLC (Double Electric Capacitor) equipped products.   There are two types of magnetic multi-turn encoders for
Nikon multi-turn absolute encoders  : M50A detects the number of multi-turns through a magnetic element. The battery consumes very little current when the power is off. Even when the motor shaft is running, the current consumption of the battery remains constant. Battery life can be calculated. Internally the encoder is always comparing data from two different sensors. Therefore, when the encoder detects a potential fault, it will be fed back to the host controller in the form of an error mark, which can prevent the out-of-control of the device or motor before it happens. Magnetic multi-turn is suitable for small AC servo motors, small robotic arms, motors used in robots. Optical multi-turn encoder: MX50A  detects the number of multi-turns through the photosensitive element, which is a popular version of the multi-turn absolute value encoder. The birth of this product makes it easier for customers who have been using incremental encoders to introduce it. It removes the magnetic circuit and uses an optical sensor for position detection during power failure (backup battery power supply). Through such improvement, the number of components is reduced, and more customers can choose to use our company's absolute encoder. Optical multiturn is suitable for small AC servo motors, small robotic arms, and motors used in robots. Single-turn absolute encoder: SAR-ML50A removes the multi-turn function to reduce costs
