    The ADT-8940A1 is a cost-effective motion control card based on the PCI bus, suitable for controlling both servo systems and stepper motors. It supports high-speed point-to-point positioning as well as hardware-buffered linear interpolation and software-buffered circular arc interpolation modes. Users can freely configure velocity parameters such as acceleration and deceleration rates and S-curve smoothing. This product is widely used in industries including inspection, advertising, printing, dispensing, and PCB manufacturing.

    Product Introduction

    The ADT-8940A1 is a cost-effective motion control card based on the PCI bus, designed for controlling servo systems and stepper motors. It supports high-speed point-to-point positioning as well as hardware-buffered linear interpolation and software-buffered circular arc interpolation modes. Users can freely configure velocity parameters such as acceleration and deceleration profiles and S-curve smoothing. This product finds wide application in industries including inspection, advertising, printing, dispensing, PCB manufacturing, and more. We provide you with the ADTMotionPro debugging software, development kits compatible with various programming environments—including VC++, C#, VB.NET, DELPHI, LABVIEW, VB6.0, and BCB—as well as open-source example programs. These resources enhance your user experience, lower the barrier to entry, and enable you to focus more on equipment process and workflow development.

    Functional Features

    32-bit PCI bus;
    Number of controllable axes: four;
    Each axis outputs differential pulses with a maximum frequency of 2 MHz;
    Each axis features an encoder feedback channel with A/B-phase differential pulse inputs, a 32-bit counter, and a maximum frequency of up to 2 MHz. The pulse output types are: pulse + direction (PUL+DIR) or dual pulse (CW+CCW).
    Hardware cache function.
    T-shaped and S-shaped curve acceleration and deceleration;
    Arbitrary 2- to 4-axis hardware linear interpolation;
    Supports high-speed positioning and 2-axis circular interpolation;
    Dynamically adjust speed and target position during movement;
    4-channel high-speed position latching
    Handwheel
    40 digital inputs, 16 digital outputs
    Terminal blocks: ADT-9162A, ADT-9137
    Cables: ADT-D62GG, DB37, ADT-D37GG
