The intelligent production line of drive and control all-in-one machine built in STEP Shanghai Siyi Road factory is an end-to-end digital production line and an industry 4.0 line.

Each process in assembly can be checked and controlled, and
all data is stored in the factory MES system.

Flexible assembly, 4-axis and 6-axis robot collaborative work.
The assembly accuracy is improved to industrial grade ±0.1mm.

A product is offline every 80 seconds.
The designed annual production capacity is 200,000 units,
covering 5 types and 16 models of products.
