Wiring of the control cabinet and the main engine
1. The elevator traction machine, wire rope, car, counterweight frame, etc. are installed in place, and there is no jamming in the hoistway.
2. Connect the power supply line, including the input three-phase R, S, T and output U, V, W.
3. Connect the brake power cord.
4. The PG card AS.L06/U of the integrated machine is connected with the encoder line from the traction machine, and it is completed in the state of power failure.
5. Insert the plug-in board D0 into D1, short-circuit the safety circuit and door lock circuit, 132-118, 118-116, 118-120, 120-119 (short circuit when there is a back door).

If the maintenance operation current is very large or overcurrent faults such as 71, 91, and 115 are reported, the handling is as follows: ① Check whether the main board parameters F202-F211 are accurate; ② If the encoder is correct, it may be that the motor phase sequence is reversed , it is necessary to reverse the V and W wiring; ③ Check whether the brake is open, if not open, it needs to be adjusted; ④ If there is no wire rope hanging, the zero speed PI value needs to be adjusted appropriately; ⑤ Small power all-in-one machine below 3.7kW , it is possible that the self-learning current is too small and the phase angle is inaccurate. After F307 is changed to 280%, power on and run again.



3. If the slow running direction is opposite to the actual direction, modify F234 (motor reverse phase) from 0 to 1. F233=1, cannot be modified.
Signal confirmation before express train
1. The elevator machinery is installed in place, the safety and door locks are connected, and the operation is normal (all short-circuit wires are removed).
2. Confirm the status of leveling signal and deceleration switch.
① Leveling signal normally open and normally closed confirmation: When the elevator drives to the position of unleveling, if X6 and X7 are not lit, set the up and down leveling signal in F25 input type to normally open "-", if both are on, set "*" to normally close.
② Confirmation of the installation direction of the leveling signal: when running upward for inspection and maintenance, X7 will act first after passing through the magnetic isolation plate, and then X6 will act; when running downward, the action will be reversed.
③ Confirmation of the deceleration switch: Check and inspect the upward deceleration switch, X4 is off, and ensure that X4 is off until the top; X5 is off when the elevator touches the down deceleration switch when the elevator is down, and at the same time, ensure that X5 is not on until the bottom of the squat.
④ When the door panel is opened in advance, the door area X14 (must be set as the normally closed point) is not lit at the leveling position, and lights up when leaving the leveling. If not, check the car top door area switch wiring according to the drawings. The car top door zone switch should be connected to the normally open signal, and the high level is effective.
3. Before hoistway learning, connect the car communication line and connect the terminal resistance. Generally, switch the SW1 two-digit dial switch on the car 02G board to ON (at this time, the resistance is 120 ohms). At the same time, the car top 02H and the car At the same time, the communication lights on the 02G board are flashing, and the communication is normal at this time.
4. The door operator works normally, the door opening and closing action is normal, and the door opening and closing arrival signal wiring is correct.
① Turn the door operator to the middle position, monitor (or observe on the car roof board) HX0 and HX1 through the operator, if both are "*", it means it is normally closed, if both are "-", it means they are both normally open.
②When the in-position signal of the door operator is normally closed, after the door switch is in place: HX0 is "-", HX1 is "*", after the door is in place: HX0 is "*", HX1 is "-"; Confirm the rear door open and close door arrival signal.
③ Normally open and normally closed of other signals can be monitored in this state, and then go to parameter F28 to modify.
Operation of express train commissioning
1. When the elevator is at any position (for example, if the elevator is at 2 floors and 2 stations, it must be driven to the lower limit), enter the hoistway self-learning menu in the maintenance state, and turn to normal after confirmation through the handheld debugger, and the elevator will automatically return to 1 Floor, then go up, automatically measure the floor height, stop running after leveling on the top floor, the operator will prompt the shaft data to check whether it is correct, press Enter, when synchronizing the host, the operator will automatically enter the UCM parameter setting, and modify M3 according to the actual situation -M6 parameters, after modifying, press ESC on the M6 ​​interface and then press Enter to exit. The manipulator registration command can run fast. If it needs to be repaired to run fast, it may be that the distance of the deceleration switch is installed incorrectly. Refer to the installation distance and adjust it, and learn the shaft again.
2. The operator registers the elevator to run the express train, and the single-layer, double-layer, and multi-layer run one by one, and adjust the leveling; the operator can be inserted into the car board for debugging.
① F56 is used to adjust the upward leveling (general adjustment). When the elevator goes up, it will decrease when it crosses the leveling level, and it will increase when it does not reach the leveling position. F57 adjusts the down leveling (general adjustment), when the elevator goes down, it will decrease when it crosses the leveling position, and it will increase when it does not reach the leveling position. When the single-layer and multi-layer leveling are different, adjust the F21 leveling error distance to solve it.
② The manipulator enters "parameter classification" and finds "leveling fine-tuning", which can be adjusted individually for each floor. The leveling of each floor can be switched by the left and right keys of the manipulator, and the two directions can be adjusted separately.
3. Outbound call setting, connect the outbound call communication line, install the outbound call panel to set the outbound call address code of each floor.
① When the front door is opened, the bottom layer corresponds to the first magnetic isolation plate and is set to 1, the second is set to 2, and so on.
② When the rear door is opened, set the bottom layer corresponding to the first magnetic isolation plate to 49, the second to 50, and so on; at the same time, change F123 to 1.
③ The bottom display board layer is connected to the terminal resistance (120 ohms), and the control cabinet is plugged into the car communication line, with a total resistance of 60 ohms.
Comfort adjustment for reference.
a. The factory PI value generally does not need to be adjusted. The following are empirical values: start F212=160 (zero speed P), F213=120 (zero speed I), F226=0.8-1.0 (zero servo time), F215=70 (low speed P ), F216=30 (low speed I), F218=140 (medium speed P), F219=25 (medium speed I), F221=140 (high speed P), F222=5 (high speed I).
Tip: If the value of the low-power host is too large, it will vibrate, try to reduce it.
b. When the elevator is running, the current sound is loud, or there is vibration during acceleration and deceleration. The encoder correction method can be done as follows: first let the inspection speed F12=0.05, then change F243 to 2, press and hold the inspection to go up or down until it stops automatically, F243 changes to 0 automatically. You can also try to increase the filter time of the F232 encoder, generally 5ms.
c. In the state of elevator maintenance, the door lock is closed, enter the operator - debugging operation - asynchronous motor learning, let the host do self-learning, the control effect will be better (synchronous and asynchronous can be done).
Matters needing attention during commissioning and troubleshooting methods
1. During commissioning, the door bypass plug must be inserted in the automatic operation (PL2) position, and the main board X26 is on, otherwise the maintenance report No. 8 fault and the slow car cannot run.
2. No. 38 fault will be reported when the power is turned on, or No. 38 fault will appear immediately after the maintenance brake is opened, and the operator will display UCMP fault.
① Parameter setting: After the brake detection switch of the main engine is connected, observe that if the X10 and X11 lights on the main board are on, the X10 and X11 in F25 should be changed to "*", and if they are not on, set to "-".
② Signal check: X10 and X11 are on when the elevator is stopped, and they should be turned off after the elevator is running.
③ Make sure the above parameters and signals are normal. When a UCMP fault occurs, press and hold the up and down buttons (X2 and X3 light up) for 5 seconds in the maintenance state, and the fault is eliminated.
3. If the main board has 37, 45, 54 faults after the express train arrives at the station and the door is opened, confirm the following signals. When the 11-A board is short-circuited to the main door lock, under normal conditions:
① The front and rear doors of the floor to be opened are opened at the same time, and one light of the X23 main door lock
is on;
② Only the front door is opened on the arrival floor, and X23 and X25 are on; X24 is on;
④ F129 =4 The third digit is set to "*".
