The supporting equipment includes a 6-axis robot, a double-station grinder, a water circulation system, a fixture, and an intelligent control system. After loading, the robot clamps the tool and starts grinding according to the established trajectory, and unloads the tool to the original position after grinding.


Technical advantages
The system is an automatic grinding and drawing system composed of a robot and a flexible grinding machine. During the grinding and drawing process, the system will automatically parameterize the compensation for the slight changes in the parameters such as abrasive consumption and grinding force to ensure the smoothness of grinding and drawing. consistency.
The belt machine has a force-controlled mechanism, which can be compatible with a certain size deviation of the product to ensure the grinding accuracy and consistency. It can also add auxiliary mechanisms (similar to automatic waxing mechanisms, water grinding, etc.) or replace different grinding machines according to the product grinding and polishing process.
