The set of workstations on display has been put into production operation in several locations

Bending process: four knives on both sides; production mode; the robot completes the workpiece at one time without the need for manual tool die change.

This workstation adopts one SR50E robot corresponding to one manual magnetic tensioning table, one gravity centering table and one lowering table respectively. The SR50E robot is positively mounted on the ground to complete the two-sided four-knife bending work for side doors.
