With the increasingly fierce competition in the market, users have demanded higher technology and more reasonable cost performance for the required products. In this paper, a sock equipment factory in Zhejiang Province uses Zhishan G series servo drive to produce socks as an example, and details the application of Zhishan G series servo drive in sock production, which shows that the excellent control performance of Zhishan G series servo drive can fully meet the requirements of accurate, fast, stable and reliable spring manufacturing process.

1、Introduction

With the increasingly fierce competition in the market, users are demanding higher technology and more reasonable cost performance for the required products. Zhishan servo system with its excellent performance to complete the product processing process, processing technology and comprehensive performance of the transformation, is now widely used in the industrial field. In this paper, a hosiery equipment factory in Zhejiang Province uses Zhishan G series servo drive to produce socks as an example, detailing the application of Zhishan G series servo drive in the production of socks, which illustrates the excellent control performance of Zhishan G series servo drive can fully meet the requirements of accurate, fast, stable and reliable spring manufacturing process.

2、Sock machine structure and principle

Sock machine can be divided into two categories: flat sock machine and round sock machine. The product of flat sock machine is a formed sock piece, and the sock piece is sewn together to make socks, which is generally used to knit long women's socks, and is rarely used due to low productivity. Round sock machines are used for forming socks in the shape of a cylinder, and can be divided into two categories: single-needle cylinder and double-needle cylinder. The shape of the sock machine is shown in Figure 1：

3、Conclusion
