At the customer site, these software packages can handle various welding difficulties with ease and ensure the stable production of welding robots. At a fuel tank welding site of XCMG Group, STEP used the robot's high-voltage positioning and arc tracking functions to the extreme. By developing the small current adaptive arc tracking function, it solved the problems of large welding errors, positioning deviations, and easy deformation during welding of thin-plate fuel tanks. The difficulty is to successfully realize the welding application of 110A, 3mm galvanized sheet fuel tank. Since 2019, the customer has repurchased multiple fuel tank welding workstations on site, all of which are in stable welding production. In addition, in the construction machinery industry, based on high-precision external axis coordination technology, combined with stable high-voltage positioning and arc tracking functions, STEP assisted partners to deliver booms, sticks, main platforms, upper and lower frames, crawler beams, Robotic welding workstation projects for typical components such as motor mounts. STEP took the lead in breaking through the "6+6" 12-axis high-precision interpolation linkage function, providing partners with more flexible solutions.

 

Step by step, STEP has never stopped to improve the welding product line.
