The main business of Grateful Electronics is to provide high-end smart phones and electronic communication products for world-renowned brands. The 6 automated production lines put into operation start from automatic picking and unloading, to parts installation, to assembly, complete machine inspection, and finally packing and packaging. This production line rolls out a finished product in an average of 30 seconds, realizing CNC Unmanned operation of intelligent machining center.

 


On the production line, there are 6 STEP SA1800 robots in the form of 1 with 8 to automatically load and unload blanks and finished products, combined with the automatic handling of AGV trolleys, to realize the automated production of the entire workshop.

CNC intelligent machining centers are closely combined with industrial robots to create an "upgraded version" of intelligent manufacturing. STEP robots help Thanksgiving Electronics to realize automated production operations in unmanned workshops.
