This has stumped many farmers. STEP’s newly released PD110 frequency converter for the water supply industry this year, known as "Little Pidi 110", is designed to relieve the worries of "uncle farmers " . Based on the calculation, both irrigation and pump protection can be realized, and the ground can be poured evenly and transparently.

 

 

So, how to enable this "housekeeping skill"?

 
① First of all, you must have at least one PD110 inverter;

 

②PD110 inverter is connected to terminals X0 and X1 as shown in the figure below (only one of them can be connected according to the needs of the site, X0 and X1 have signals at the same time, press X1 to stop the operation);

 

 

③Press the "Float Reverse" key to activate this function; the inverter will run according to the state of the float, and the running light will indicate the running state (it is always on to indicate it is running).

 

 

 

Now, as long as the PD110 is used to control the water inlet or outlet pump of the reservoir, using the float control function is equivalent to adding a float level controller to the reservoir or buffer tank. In this way, the water storage tank can always maintain the liquid level, and the needs of agricultural irrigation can be met under the condition of ensuring the water source supply. 

 

After such simple operation and application of the PD110 inverter, farmers can satisfactorily solve the problem of irrigation without having to stay in the fields.
